Being involved in a motor accident is always a stressful affair. You don’t want then to increase the hassle by fighting with insurance companies.

Following an accident, it's your legal right to have your car repaired anywhere of your choice. If you contact your insurance company, they may try to get the repairs done at the lowest possible price without caring as much about the quality of the repair as you do.

Your insurers 'recommended repairer' may not have manufacturer approval or hold a BSI Kitemark approval.

Non Fault

At Seventy Seven Motor Company, we like to look after you. Therefore we also advise you on the small matter of what to do if you have an accdient that wasnt your fault?

Many drivers arent aware of their options. By calling us first even before your own insurance company we can

  • save you money and unecessary claims against your policy,
  • we can arrange a like for like vehicle to be delivered to you and claim all costs back from the driver who was at fault.
  • This is all done in house and by working in partnership with our Business Partners to instigate a claim off the driver at fault. 
  • You pay no excess, you pay nothing. 

We do however always give the third party at fault, the chance to pay for the repair costs caused.

Fault Accident

In all fault claims, where you are unfortunately liable to pay for the repairs or go through your own insurance company we will again offer the same dedicated service.

  • We simply ask for your insurance details in order to process the claim.
  • We agree repair figures with all insurance engineers and offer you a courtesy vehicle when your repairs commence to minimise interruption.
  • By calling us first we can often speed up the whole process as its in our interests to persue your insurance company in order to obtain authorisation on repairs
  • Upon collection you will be asked to pay your policy excess and VAT if registered. We offer a discount on high excess figures, to reward loyal custom.
