Ten steps to get you back on the road

1. 24 hour Recovery

2. Estimating
A skilled estimator is always on hand to estimate the damage sustained, reassure you and help you with your claim form and advise you about the repair process. We are a technology-based business using computerised estimating and electronic time management systems. Our aim is to take the stress out of having an accident as much as possible.

3. Vehicle strip
The vehicle is allocated to the remove and refit department where the vehicle is stripped and checked for any further damage. Replacement parts are checked or ordered and the vehicle is then prepared for the next stage of repair. It is allocated by the workshop manager to the panel or paint department.

4. Parts
All parts are ordered and tracked down electronically. Each repaired vehicle has its own clean storage area to take good care of your belongings and removed parts.

5. Panel repairs or replacement
It is here that your panel damage is repaired or replaced using inverter welders which are specifically designed to deal with the high tensile steel used on modern vehicles. Also several body alignment systems are available for heavy repairs and a SMART repair facility for the smaller repairs.

6. Producing the colour
Once we have determined the colour we can mix the paint using computer-based paint mixing smart scales. We only use environmentally approved paint and coatings supplied by DuPont Refinish.

7. Paint Shop
In the paint department the vehicle goes through numerous preparation stages. There are different techniques to treat new or repaired areas to keep the manufacturer's warranty and assure that when we apply the colour coat the finish is of the highest standard.

8. Applying the colour
Paint is applied to your car in controlled conditions with specified application temperatures, and then the paint is baked on for a factory finish in a clean, dust-free, sealed environment. 9. Valet
Every vehicle is valeted after completion of the repair work. This ensures that all repair residues are removed, leaving you car ready for the road.

10. Hand back
After every repair a senior member of staff will check your car using the defined checklists and criteria to ensure the repairs and cleaning meet our and your expectations.
